I'm not fond of some areas of the shading, but that was my attempt at the style.
It also made me win the match, so I'm happy.

Btw, this is character is from Metroid Fusion for the GBA.

And I can't believe that this got a DD, wasn't really expecting this to get one in the first place...

Looks good. I would suggest improve the palette choosing colors of different hue.
